Need skillet recommendation

My old non-stick skillets are shot. I need a new skillet but since I’ve been skillet shopping, materials have changed a bit.... I want something non-stick. The skillets pictured below say “food won’t stick”, but which is the best choice?

I don't want an iron skillet. Have one and don’t care for it at all.

I wont be using the new skillet in the oven & I have a flat-top stove.

I’ll use it for over easy eggs, scrambled eggs, salmon patties, fish, pork chops, chicken breast, rice-a-roni, grilled cheese, etc.

What material do you recommend?
