I am 21 and Haven't had a period in close to 10 Months.

Hello, I was hoping for some advice/help. I want to start this off by saying I am NOT Pregnant, I have never had sex at all. Now, Moving on to the problem. I started having periods in the 4th grade, and they have always been heavy. For as long as I can remember, up until my Sophomore year in High School, my period lasted for seven days, and all seven days were extremely heavy flow. However, they have never been regular, sometimes it would skip a month, but never more than that, I just wouldn't know what week in the month it was coming, unless it was a month it didn't happen.
My Sophomore year in High School, I spent 6 weeks of the summer in Japan. When I came back, my period seemed more like what "normal" people experience. By this I mean it was still about 7 days, but it was heaviest in the middle and lighter in the beginning and end. It still wasn't any more regular though.
My biggest question though, is that since I have come to college my period has become even more erratic. It wouldn't come for months, and the would show up around 3-4 months later. This lasted for a year, and I do not believe I am in any more stress than from High School. That was my Freshman year of College. This year however, I have had one very light period. It was only some spot bleeding for around 1 1/2 days, and then it stopped. I have not had one since. I didn't think about it because my period has never been regular, but I was thinking about it the other day, and now I am worried because I don't want anything to be wrong. I am hoping to find some advice here, anything will help. Thank you so much.
