Bathroom tile redo

Purchased a home and it has a masterbath that we are going to redo the tiling in. Actually, some small construction also. We are struggling with what to retile with and looking for any suggestions and thoughts. The problem with the tile now is that it is outdated and "dirty" looking in general. Please see the attached photos. The small wall at the end of the tub is going to be raised to the same height as the shower wall and match it in regards to trim. There will also be a door added going to the toilet (which you don't see in the picture, just past the shower). The issue is, what tile selections might look good in this scenario. The problem is the counters and tub surround, it is a very beautiful, but busy stone. Quartzite we are told.

We are leaning towards a very light color, likely a larger tile that is white with a very mild gray marbling for the floor in general. The tile the floor of the shower with either matching smaller tile or have considered a weave pattern. The inside walls of the shower likely a solid light color, maybe just off-white. The same for the tub backsplash.

But we are desperately looking at options and trying to find something that is beautiful, and timeless. We have no interest in repeating this. Open to any suggestions and thoughts. Thank you for your time and thoughts!!
