Hydro systems or bain ultra or some other air tub
Comments (17)HydroSystems has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. This is so disappointing because we made a conscience decision to purchase an American-made bathtub and it was a big mistake. We received three bathtubs and all three were damaged. Bathtub #1 and #2 had huge cracks in them. Bathtub #3 was delivered with a bad pump. Our contractor called and spoke to an agent and they offered to send a new pump if we agreed to send back the original one. We had to pay our contractor to install a new pump on a brand-new bathtub. We spoke to Barbara, a customer service agent and we asked to be compensated for the labor to replace the pump. Barbara said they have no record of them sending a new pump because they only track and record "email correspondence" and not telephone calls!!! Barbara said they would have sent a "bathtub technician" to replace the pump, but we didn't ask for a technician when we originally called. The offer of sending a technician was never conveyed to us. I told her I thought it was odd that she could not find any record of our phone correspondence but could tell me what was said on the phone call!!! Barbara also asked us to send back the old pump so they could be reimbursed by the company who made it, but we should not expect to be reimbursed for having to replace it on our brand new bathtub! I asked Barbara to let me speak to her manager, but she refused my request. She said they would just tell me exactly what she was telling us. We asked her who the CEO was of HydroSystems and she refused to tell us. On our own, we discovered that Scott Steinhardt is the president and owner of HydroSystems. I wonder if he knows how rude and uncooperative his agents are with customers. It saddens me that I cannot recommend this "American" company because their focus is on profit and not customers. We have done business with thousands of businesses over our careers and lives and we have never experienced customer service this bad. Let the buyer beware. Avoid HydroSystems at all costs....See Morehigh cost cell phone data plans
Comments (21)Another option would be to go with Prepaid Plus and load their individual phones, and what is loaded is good for up to 120 days. Any minutes that remain when the phone is reloaded (before the 120 days are up) will automatically be rolled over. This would curb their use (and possibly abuse) and be very affordable for you. From the link below: 100 minutes for $10 or 250 texts at 5 cents per text 416 minutes for $25 or 10,400 texts at 5 cents a minute 1,000 minutes for $50 or 25,000 texts at 5 cents a minute 2,000 minutes for $80* or 50,000 texts at 5 cents a minute *While the $10, $25 and $50 denominations of the Standard plan last 120 days, the $80 denomination lasts for a full year. I've used Page Plus for years and have had no problems. The phone is not used for my entertainment, but for occasional use for my convenience when I am away from home. Longer calls, phone visits with loved ones, are made from land line at home. My phone doesn't take and send pics, but then that is why I have a camera and a computer. Good luck in your search for a good, reasonably priced solution for your family staying in touch as needed. Comments (15)EBay is a great resource but be absolutely sure you search for the exact make and model of your phone. I have bought a few sparkling bling cases for dressy occasions but daily I have an otterbox, excellent protective case, and I also use a Speck which is also very good. You can spend from $2 to over $50. There's a website that has the otterbox cases in beautiful colors and design, you can get your name on them or engraved etc, for about the same price as a regular otterbox. I can look for it if you are interested. Many of the otterbox cases have a cover over the screen so you don't need a separate screen protector. I personally don't use a screen protector, never had any problems with scratches since the gorilla glass and the super strong glass has come out....See MoreCell phone confusion...
Comments (56)I had to switch last year due to a medical device I use was not supported by the Samsung I really wanted at the time. I got an iPhone XR. It is fairly easy to use in some ways, but also there are lots of tricks that are not intuitive when you come from an android. It takes a little time to get used to. I came from a Samsung so I would say camera and other features are comparable between an iphone and a Samsung. The good part about either although iphone might be more is that there are plenty of youtube videos showing how to use the various features and to learn how to use the different swipes etc. I ended up with the iphone over another android device partly due to compatibility with my medical device, but also because I could get it and an apple watch which is compatible with my medical device for less than the phone I originally wanted as well. The watch for me is really worth it and is very useful and I used it when traveling to call for a ride when we went somewhere where phones were not allowed (taping of a TV show) and it displays the info I need from my medical app so I don't have to pull the phone out, shows and allows me to respond to texts and other messaging apps etc. The things that I still wish my iphone/watch did is allow me to set a quiet time over night so that my apple watch doesn't provide notifications. My samsung had this. The other thing is I wish the widgets would show on the lock screen like my Samsung did. These are minor and I can deal without them. We are a mixed household and have no issues sharing things, but I do have to say if all of us had iphones sharing would be much simplified and made super easy compared to when we were an all android household. The iphone and the cloud is also a feature that I like a lot better than the google account cloud. It works much better overall and especially once when my phone reset itself while we were at a waterpark. I needed it with me at all times for my medical device. It restored itself with no issues and like I'd never had it reset itself when it came back. Definitely never had that same perfect experience with my Samsung phones. Also to note iPhone 12 is the first iPhone with 5G support. The other mentioned above iphone 6 were for 4G support. 5G networks are currently being rolled out so no need for older phones to even having had to support that. It is one feature I would make sure is supported in a newer phone though. Oh one more plus with my iPhone - it's battery life is so much better than my Samsung and my husband's current S10....See Morebpath
