first one.. in 2 pix... first.. try to put a scale on the leaves.. i use a lighter ... a pen.. a quarter .. anything we can use for scale the first. i agree on krossa regal ... no clue on the immature second.. but it is planted way too deep ... single color hosta are really hard to nail down a name on .. good luck you are aware of the hosta library??? .... ken

It might be Parky's Prize. Check out the pictures at hostalibrary.org especially the last one for this variety--very similar. What is the size of a single leaf, and how large is the entire clump?

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I do remember (somewhere in my memory) that Summer Breeze sounds familiar. Just an FYI, all the leaves look like this, and it's only one eye, so not alot of leaves... maybe 5-6... and it's been sitting in the sun for the past couple of months. I really think that's what it is... I have Summer Music, which I love, and remember ordering somthing else that was "Summer -----" something? BUT, what I refer to as Wide Brim doesn't look like weekendweeders Wide Brim!! Darn... now I'm thinking I'm wrong on that one. Mine is more puckery... maybe just older, but my margin isn't that wide... I've attached my so-called "Wide Brim"

I can't guess at all...but it's a great looking hosta! Sharp Dressed Man has white striped centres in its leaves so I don't think this is it since the markings are reversed? I also tried to google various possibilities to no avail. Did you get the J. Maples? Lol. Kind of like me...went for tree, came home with hosta! Lol
