Euphorbia "glamour" Can anyone give me information on

I just got this plant, and actually was surprised when I found out it is a euphorbia. I tried to find information on it and found very little except seeds for sale. Can anyone give me any information on it. What little I found said it is an annual. Is that because it is treated like an annual, but will live if brought inside the greenhouse for the winter?

If it is an annual, would I be able to start cuttings to grow in the greenhouse for the next year or would I have to start from seeds? By the way, what is its zone? It is certainly a different euphorbia than I've seen before. Any and all information or a link to where I can find more info would be greatly appreciated.

If you can figure out its actual name (scientific name) that would help you find more information in searches (maybe, lol). I don't know why it's called an annual, that designation should be independent of wether or not it's in a greenhouse. Euphorbias can live a very very long time!! And a lot of them are from South Africa.

I have seen info that says it is annual and different info saying it is hardy in z10 and up...I do not know for sure but suspect that it is tender perennial, not a true annual. Based on plant I have, later may be correct. I have the plant - was planted as ground cover with another tender plat, and it had survived 2nd winter now. It didn't look that great but I do not have GH. It eventually lost practically all the leaves and I was to pull the roots out but didn't bother - in spring, very few remaining 'sticks' (few tiny branches left and looking dead) started to sprout leaves. It is growing now again. I am sure that is not from seeds as I could see where the leaves are growing from. It may self-seed, but I don't see at new plants growing.

Many Euphorbias self seed - I have this one that I leave to self seed thruout the garden (I pull any small plants I don't want):

Euphorbia marginata - grows about 2' tall; looks like a small tree and bees love it :)

Heehee, I took over the dining room for my quilting frame! We never used the dining room, anyway. I have an original Hinterberg frame. The ends are wood and the rails are 10' pieces of steel conduit. It can be moved intact, though it's a challenge moving something 10' long! It comes apart pretty easily - we moved it assembled into the garage for Christmas and after Christmas I took it apart and moved it one piece at a time back into the dining room and put it back together in about an hour. I have a 9" long Juki machine on the frame, and you can't quilt very much in one pass with it, though I don't quilt enough or sell my quilts in order to justify a bigger machine. You just learn to work with what you have! But I would say if your machine is any smaller than 9" you will be really frustrated trying to use it on a frame. There's a Yahoo group called Home Quilting Systems. The members of the group have all kinds of frame setups, so you should be able to get some information on the Grace frames. Thank you Mike. He and others here were serious about iris and I learned a lot. I think you are probably right about Imperial Blush. I am glad you got a piece of it. Story about iris photographing too blue ............................... In early days of digital cameras I was so determined to get accurate color that I tried several methods: different times of day, different ages of blooms, in shade, out of shade, background cardboard, friends' cameras, different angles, you name it. I spent days in the iris fields. Sometimes not glamour shots because of a necessary angle but true color. However, nothing worked with my Violet Harmony. No camera brand captured its color. All too blue. Tweaking with Photoshop. No good. Lightbulb moment. I went out in the dark and aimed. Lo, the flash added enough red to be closer than any other pic, mine and those online. Lousy picture but good color. So a year goes by and I happen upon a new online photo of Violet Harmony. It was perfect!! Never knew who took it or what kind of camera. Let the air out of my balloon.

Lamps....Can you give many any information?

I have three lamps from my mom. None are my style and we were going to have a garage sale and we were just going to sell them. Then I saw the markings and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them and perhaps I could get more for these lamps than just a garage sale price. I am in Kansas, and in zone 6. The botanical name is euphorbia graminea. And thank you for reminding me of the search option on here - I was frustrated not being able to find any real info and didn't think of it. I will check it too. Thank you all for the help and info
