Buying seeds from Mr Ko
Comments (8)Christine, Adenium_Ko is very reputable and many Australian growers buy from him. It is my understanding that things have been slow ordering direct from his website as he is relocating to China from what I am told. You can buy from his eBay site and his interpreter looks after these while he is away. I do not think anyone would give guarantees even with his seeds, although the percentages will be greater for something with similarities. Rinoa, is also very well thought of from Taiwan also. She used to work with KO. Her eBay address is Orientadenium . On Facebook is the same. I have had many with slight similarities and that is all I hope for. The one thing that most of do not realize is that these growers start thousands of seeds in hope to produce a few remarkable blooms/plants. If you are wanting a nice seed grow plant and not grafted. You could check with a friend in Austrlia? See what the bloom looks like and get what you like. Sandy's Adeniums on Google and go to her page. Her email address is there. Comments (8)Apparently he is in the process of relocating to China I think. I won 3 ebay auctions of his mid January and they didn't post them until this Monday. I am a bit annoyed at this because it will take about 2 to 3 weeks for them to get here and should nearly be arriving but now I have to wait longer. I even sent 3 messages with no response. I understand how hectic it would be with moving etc but then why keep the auctions going if u can't manage it. I have heard great feed back about his seeds so they had better be worth the wait....See MoreTrying out Mr. Ko's seeds
Comments (5)Fingers crossed they pop up for you. Out of interest do you sow your seeds without covering them with any compost, which is what it looks like from my phone? Damn Internet lol...See MoreOrdering seeds from Mr Ko Question
Comments (15)Hi trace, hmm I will prob end up sowing a few of all of them, or do you think best to sow more of just one or two varieties? Just put some mini greenhouse shelving into the tent to create more space aswell as running both light in one tent, same idea as Martin really. I would prefer a tent really that's not as tall but much wider lol so there's more floor space rather than adding shelves. Seeds from rinoa at present don't look too good, only signs of a few germinating out of 40 or so seeds sown....See MoreBen (Brisbane, Australia)
