Need to build up back corner of established zoysia lawn,

I have a small yard (live on .17 acre- yes, .17) and the back corner in the back yard has settled since we built our house 4 years ago.

Long, frustrating story short- we resodded the zoysia 2 years ago due to initial install failure. My zoysia looks fantastic and I have quite the OCD need for keeping it pristine.

The issue is that about 1/3 of the lawn needs to be built up... there's some erosion due to run off. We also want to replace the crappy looking wood fence that is warped and uneven.

My dilemma... use a sod cutter or resod with new zoyia?

I'd hate to see my well established zoysia go to waste, but I don't know if it would be best to cut the zoysia and move to the side temporarily and have someone come build up the corner with retaining wall and proper drainage, then re-sod with the same zoysia.

Or is the best method to re-sod with new zoysia sod?

TIA!
