Prioritize my watering needs....

So, I am trying to avoid a $400 water bill, like I got last summer. Looking at this list, what would be the top priority for watering? Everything is looking great now, but 90 degree weather is coming (for 4 days). Our July can often hit low 90's too. I need to prioritize as I am getting "watering fatigue"). Are there any that can just be handled by Mother Nature??

In it's third season:

Grasses

Ninebark

Annabelle Hyd (does get a lot of sun)

Rose of Sharon

Francis Williams Hostas (actually looking good this year)

Oakleaf Hyd (will bloom this summer for the first time)

Little Lime Hyd

Planted this year (April):

Techny Arborvitae 5-6' (been watering the heck out of em, cuz they were $$$$)

Dwarf Korean Lilac

Caberat Grasses

Boxwoods

Some older, reliable plants:

KO roses

Sedum

Purple Salvia
