Comments (1)Where do you live? What kind of grass do you have? What is your watering regimen (frequency and duration)? When were the last two times you fertilized and what did you use? Have you ever used herbicide or weed n feed products? When? Have you ever used insecticide or fungicide? When? You are over thinking this. Growing grass is really easy once you get the hang of watering right, mowing at the right height, and regular fertilizing. We'll get to that after you answer the questions above. Can't give you anything but really general thoughts until then....See Morepalisade zoysia is 2 different shades of green
Comments (1)Upside down lawns are notoriously difficult to water, especially this time of year. That could be your problem. :o)...See Morewhy shade different in gallon size & 5 gallon paint..??
Comments (5)If it's a big difference, likely either the gallon or the 5 gallon bucket was tinted wrong by the employee mixing the paint. Slight variations can theoretically be caused by different batches of the base from manufacturing, too, which is why it's always recommended to buy enough the first time and batch all the paint together before painting. Hopefully, you didn't get very far in your painting once you noticed it was going on darker, and hopefully, the error was in the gallon of paint rather than the 5 gallon bucket you started with. I'd bring the can and bucket back to the store and see what they can do to make it right....See MoreLisa
