Worth trying to save?

I moved into a new to me home last year. The landscaping was terrible! They had those huge grasses (currently still dormant) in the front!

Everything behind that had obviously been severely stunted, but most of it seems to be thriving so far this year.

However, there is this little baby rose. Probably about 8"x6" and I didn't prune it as I didn't want to give it any stress.

It didn't do anything besides leaf out last year. I assume it's been in this state for a few years, as the old owners had no idea what they were doing.

Worth trying to save? Obviously I don't know what it is, and knowing the old owners it's easy probably a random bodybag from HD or Walmart.

I just gifted my mother a Ketchup and Mustard that I could take a cutting from and try to grow there.

Zone 5b, Southern NH, area gets a good amount of sun (now) but some late afternoon shade.
