Weed identification in bermuda lawn please (Austin, zone 8b)

I have a new construction house with a lawn that was sodded with Bermuda (tifway 419) in late January and wanted to check in on a few weeds I'm seeing. I did not apply any preemergent yet this year.

First, a grassy weed. The blades are a lighter yellow green and a bit thicker than the bermuda. This has shown up in patches where the bermuda is thinner in the last few weeks.

This is growing in patches and sends up multiple branches from a central location under the turf. It produces white sap when pulled. I think this is a milkweed?

Thank you for taking a look!
