Asian Pear tree in Clay soil

Hi, I'm looking to get a rootstock of Asian Pear, but not sure which one to get. I live in zone 6a with clay soil. I'm looking for the one that doesn't require a lot of maintenance, small, and give sweet and crisp flesh rather than tart. There are some Cleveland Pear around where we live. Not sure if I need to get 2 trees for pollinating or not. Can anyone please advise in which kind of Asian Pear rootstock I should get? Thanks.
