6 year old soil--can it support my container garden this year?

Robert

I live in Southern California. I have used the same
potting soil over and over for 6 years in my container garden. I
dig it up , but it is the same soil. It is too late to use new soil now because my crop this year (tomatoes peppers, parsley and
Basil) are already in and doing well so far.
(pics taken today 4/24/17) I add earthworms each
year. Last year I did fine except my
tomato plants ere attacked relentlessly by tomato horn worms. (I made the
mistake of removing a paper wasp nest, who used to keep my garden clean of
hornworms.) I don't seem to have a lot of
blight, but aphids, blackflies, whiteflies, yes, all of those, which I fight
with Neem oil and soapy water. It seems
to work OK and I am afraid of commercial pesticides on my garden, since we will
eat most of the produce. I use Miracle Grow dissolved in water, once a week. For this year, should I do anything to my
soil that wont hurt my plants? Also, is
there any place I can buy a paper wasp nest & wasps? I would like to put one back to replace the
one I foolishly removed. Thank you for
any suggestions.

How can I best succeed this year with old soil?

Is adding more earthworms a good idea?

Is Neem Oil and soapy water for insect pests OK?

Any commercial insecticides that are safe for vegetable
gardens?

Any place I can buy a paper wasp nest & wasps?
