Painting Interior Trim - Baseboards, Doors & Frames, & Window Sills

We painted the interior walls when we purchased our home in 2010. We chose not to paint the trim to save on the expense. We recently replaced the tile floors downstairs, and to save some $, I painted the baseboards where the molding had to be replaced.

The baseboards looks great! However, it really shows how old the trim looks now around the door frames, doors, and old baseboards. The white paint has significantly yellowed over the years. I assume they have never been painted and are about 15 years old.

We are beginning to get quote to paint the trim and one contractor mentioned it may be less expensive to repaint the entire house, walls included because they could spray the trim instead of paint by hand.

Do we need to repaint crown molding too?

Thoughts? Anyone painted trim before and care to share how much it was?
