We have to decide on a color scheme for our house, shed and garage. The house is getting a new roof soon. The garage has a roof in neutral brown shade - Driftwood. We are about to buy a pre-built shed, but not sure which color roof, etc., to get. Our Victorian farmhouse has a couple smaller roofs in a dark gray shade. We have a stained deck in the backyard and hoping to get around to putting up a stained, privacy fence. We've been going back and forth as to choosing to go with the brown shades or the grays. Hubby says he can re-roof where needed to match, but the garage roof is in great condition, so it seems a shame to have to cover it. I don't want a shed with a gray roof and a garage with a brown roof and it's tough to find a shed with a gray roof anyway. Hubby is leaning toward the grays but is willing to go with the browns. I would think it's better to go with a consistent color scheme. Anyone have a thought on this?
