Comments (6)I'm not sure which Kohler faucet this is. DH saved the installation instructions, but didn't write the model number on the appropriate line*. It came from either HD or Lowe's (we shopped at both) and it has a a bit of a trough on the top of the handle. I do like the high arc and the reach is perfect. I also like that there is enough space between the handle and the spout to turn it on with your wrist if you hands are too grubby for using your fingers. This faucet was his choice. I was set on having a sensor faucet for the hall bath, he thought it was a bad idea, I finally drew a line in the sand and said I was going to choose the hall bath faucet and he could choose the MB faucet. Turns out he isn't totally into choosing faucets :), although he worked up to really wanting brushed nickel for the metals in this bathroom. I'm OK with brushed nickle....See Morefinding hidden icons
Comments (1)on the bottom right, to the left of the clock Sometimes they' hide the icon if you havent used them and then on the left of that group of icons is a left pointer,, click that and then all will display, for a moment. Which messenger ? Most of them will have a checkbox in configurations to Start with windows. I assume you want to uncheck that. If you just want to uninstall it,, go to control panel add/remove programs, or Programs and Features in vista,,, and uninstall it....See MoreContractor finds $182,000 hidden in homeowner's walls....
Comments (19)This is her house. Everything within those walls belong to her now. Previous owners have no claim. She hired/contrated him to do a job. She doesn't owe him a damn thing. If he took what was within her walls,(and did'nt tell her) then he is a thief. I think she was generous to offer him 10%, she doesn't HAVE to give him anything. She doesn't owe a contracter, or...a known for a long time, so called friend....squat! I think that he is soooo out of line, to feel intitled to any money he found, within HER walls. What if he found money in her dresser, if she hired him to fix the drawers? Should he be intitled to any of it? Hell No! What if she hired a mechanic to repair her car...is any money he finds in her car...partially his? Hell No! He's incredibly lucky that she was willing to give him 10% of what belongs to her, But he's going to take her to court, for at least 40%!? Comments (11)Some I can recall: The Corn King and the Spring Queen (1931) by Naomi Mitchison South Riding (1936) by Winifred Holtby Mrs. Miniver by Jan Struther (I think this started as serialized stories in the 30s, but novel came out around 1940) Some of Helen MacInnes' early espionage thrillers Guns of Burgoyne (1939) and Trumpet to Arms (1944) by Bruce Lancaster Arundel (1929) and its sequel Rabble in Arms (1933) by Kenneth Roberts Captain of Castile (1945) and Prince of Foxes (1947) by Samuel Shellabarger Hercules My Shipmate (1944) by Robert Graves Fair Stood the Wind for France (1944), The Purple Plain (1947), and The Jacaranda Tree (1949) by HE Bates The Golden Warrior (1949 or 1950) by Hope Muntz I'm particularly interested in fiction that came out just prior to or during WWII (before the the war ended). I find it interesting to read fiction released during that time when authors had no clue how the war would end and didn't have the hindsight we have today....See Moreeld6161
