HAVE: Just updated my have list, some on want list
Comments (5)I would be interested in San Marzano tomato seeds and lemon cucumber seeds. I have Old Kentucky tomato - an orange, beefsteak style tomato. I like the flavor of these and they grew very well this year. I have red Oxheart tomato - these are fleshy (meaty?) and did pretty well. Took a bit longer to mature. I also have some California Wonder pepper seeds. I cannot tell you about these particular ones because someone near and dear to me forgot to water my seedlings while I was on vacation and those all died this year. But, I have seeds from 2013. If you have any interest in these, I'd love to trade with you. -Matt...See MoreHouse just listed!
Comments (6)Well this weekend didn't go very well. One buyer cancelled b/c of weather. Another buyer came and went in five minutes (my house is 5,000 square feet - you can't even see the whole thing in five minutes - they knew what it looked like before the came, lots of pics and floor plan online - what a waste of everyone's time!!!) There are just not enough buyers in the price range of my house - the question is do we lower the price (and when) or do we wait it out... Comments (19)I finally received the offer today! Yes, 3 months later! OK, my house was listed at $449K until Monday when I lowered it to $419K. The comps I have are two houses with similar SF, in my subdivision and same tax record values as mine sold in June for $460K and May $450K (both bought by Europeans). The offer came in at $345K (from Europeans) with seller paying all closing costs and close date 8/29/07. Good closing date, bad price. What should I do? I am not making any money on this house since I paid $370K plus I put in hardwood floors and outdoor lighting system totaling $15K in upgrades. I am selling via flat fee, so I only have to pay their realtor. I do have my sister's husband who owns his own real estate company in a local beach town looking over the contract. He was the one who told me the comps. Oh, and they did not ask for any of my furniture! LOL Any ideas on how to counter without losing the entire deal? I would feel comfortable doing $410K including closing costs (asking is $419K)....See MoreHome sales at all-time low ...?
Comments (6)One pretty experienced Realtor in Florida told me that sales are extremely slow, but sellers haven't come to the realization yet that the small cuts that they've made in their prices just are enough. They will have to make drastic cuts if they really want to sell. Let's face it, anything will sell if the price is low enough. In the commercialized areas of FL...on the coast and near Disney, many of the properties are owned by investors or filppers. I am told that many are taking a beating and will eventually have to sell at a loss if they want to get out from under....See MoreLinda Doherty
