20 year old wisteria has stopped flowering

I have a wisteria vine that has been growing over my pergola for 20 years. Every year around this time the wisteria flowers bloom in abundance and they are gorgeous. Last year for the first time they didn't produce a single bloom. Not one flower. I live in Los Angeles and prior to this year we went through a pretty severe drought. I thought, perhaps the lack of water was causing it to stop flowering, although the green foliage was very healthy. This year we had a very wet winter, but this is the time that they would generally be flowering and again, not one single flower. What has caused my wisteria to stop flowering and how can I correct this. It is in direct sun. I don't believe it is getting an excess of nitrogen...or no more than it did in past years.

Thank you for any recommendations you can offer!
