Thanks all. The caddy is too wide for the window sill, however, I do like the table idea along with a runner. I have no idea whether or not the pots have drainage holes. As for our cabinets, we purchased them from a custom cabinetry place, and the paint is their stock antique white, glazed with a warm, deep brown. I don't know the actual colors. I was worried I might not like them because they're not the really bright white, but I shouldn't have concerned myself, as I just love them now. They're so warm and inviting to look at. Jan

I'm already impressed that they're admitting there was a flaw and are offering to replace it. It shouldn't be a problem for pros. Of course, the backsplash/counter joint will have to be caulked again. I'm assuming this is a manmade quartzite material such as Zodiaq. In that case, there is a limited warranty of a colour match from Dupont, which should apply to any replacement as well. If you have a different product, check for the relevant warranties. Dupont Zodiaq warranty (in part): "Color Variation Within an Installation: Since DuPont Zodiaq® is made from natural quartz, variations in the color, size, shape and pattern of distribution of the natural stone (quartz), and the tone of the background, are inherent and unique characteristics to be expected with this product. If the natural variation is visible in an installation from a distance of 7 feet or greater with uniform lighting (no spot lights or high intensity lighting) it will be considered to be a material defect and covered by this warranty, but you must report it within ninety (90) days of installation. If the color variation is not visible from 7 feet or if it is not reported within ninety (90) days of installation, it will be considered to be a normal variation and not covered by this warranty."

The sink is resting on a .75" piece of plywood that is screwed into the front horizontal piece. Going by what the rest of the cabs look like, they may have used dadoes on the side vertical pieces for that plywood to sit on/in Those pocket screws in the photo are most likely attaching the face frame to the cabinet. There will be more attachment points but they will be hidden and you can't access them after the cabinet is installed. From what I see, removing the sink looks do-able and pretty straightforward. Remove the drain pieces--not just the drain pipe but the basket flanges that the drain pipe connects to. Use a razor blade to cut through any caulking/ silicone, etc. sealing the sink to the countertop. And that puppy should slide right out the front. You'll need some muscle-ly help because that sink weighs north of 100#s.

Remove toekick. Cut tile along the cabinet perimeter (sounds easier than it is). Leave tile under the cabinets that can't be seen. Put in new flooring. Put in new toekick to account for any height difference. No one will know, except any future owners who will swear at you when they do their own improvements.
