MS office help
Comments (30)I have Office 07 and despise it. I have Office 03 on my office computer and will drive in to the office on weekends or at night to write a letter. I only use 07 if I know I won't have to make any changes or mistakes. Office 03 is basically the same old word processing from the early versions. They completely changed everything around in the 07 version. I had letters to write today and spent my Saturday in my office to do them. What I also do is compose letters on Google Docs (which is easy) and download them to Word. Sorry for my rant, but I just hate what Microsoft did to Office 07. BTW, this is how my screen appears on 07. For whatever reason it keeps double-spacing. I have it set to single but it keeps double spacing. I sooo hate this program! Sorry for the rant... Comments (6)I'm sorry I think this is user set up error here. After the creation of a message rule did you select the "Apply Now" button? Did you select all the "OK" buttons when exiting? In your frustration to get the message rule option to work, did you create multiple entries for the same rule? If so, remove all but one. In a last ditch effort you could remove all the message rules and start from the beginning. DA...See MoreAlternatives for MS Office?
Comments (7)Google has great tools as an alternative, too! From your google account, go to More.. (in the top tool bar) Even More... scroll down to Home and Office and select Drive. When you click on the Compose button, you'll see Docs, spreadsheets, forms, drawings. I like it because I create docs and store them on one machine, and access them from my phone or tablet when needed. https://drive.google.com/ Open Office is great, too......See More'Office' license for 3 computers - switching
Comments (7)You should be able to do this, but don't be surprised if it takes a call to the Microsoft Office Activation line (which I think is 1- 888-652-2342) to complete the switchover. Not a certainty, but a possibility. Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it on the new computer and see what happens. This all assumes you have the Activation Key......See More
