What is lowestest temperature that you put your citrus out at?

I am so eager for my trees to catch some direct sun. What is the lowest temperature that would expose them to? I have only been sitting my calamondin and meyer lemon out when it is 45 degrees or warmer. Is this ok? I read that they are hardy down to 20 degrees but I do not want to shock them. How worried are you about wind? We can get some pretty strong gusts here in Indiana, like 35-45 on the regular day. At what speed of wind would you recommend bringing them back in? They do not have any fruit but are forming flowers.

Thanks for any opinions! I am just trying to figure out how to protect my plants but to also not deny them sunshine when they can get it.
