Comments (2)I believe that changshou and fukushu are the same. I have never tried them. Marumi is different. I have only had a few but the ones I had were sweeter that nagami but not quite as sweet as meiwa. Kyle...See MoreMarumi or Meiwa?
Comments (6)You should be fine. I'm down in the south bay and it gets a little colder than you and my Meiwa came through the few scattered nights of frost just fine. It is really tasty, I like much better than Nagami. Sets a lot of fruit and if you thin them just a little you get nice big fruit. Like quarter to fifty cent piece size. Without thining they're more like dime to nickle size, but still delicious....See MoreCompare Meiwa and Marumi??
Comments (5)I got my Calamondin from FW last spring, it was the premium size and had two fruit on it when I got it. It was a nice looking tree though smaller than what I expected from a premium, but its a smaller tree in general so I wasn't too broken up about it. It should fruit for you this or next year if its a premium, and probably even if its a smaller tree. Mine got pretty damaged from lack of water mid summer and is just now recovering, but it just bloomed and put out a small amount of new growth so we are on the right track. I really wanted a variegated one and may get one eventually, I can't wait to see what yours looks like!...See MoreDoes anyone have a Murami kumquat tree

That was so amazing, as I live in Atlanta, GA (zone 7b/8a), but many members at tropical-fruit-forum claimed that it is nearly impossible to grow any citrus in my area including citrangequat which will be bearly survived. The only rootstocks that I have now is FD because there were a few 40 years old FD trees at the recreation center of my University that offered a lot of fruits every year....See Moreponcirusguy6b452xx
