Comments (5)Oh I know-wow can it eat! This morning when I came downstairs I walked over and looked at him-there is little frass all over and the little leaf was gone! There is something I always wanted to do so I touched him and that litle osmeterium came out-that is so funny looking! I won't do it anymore but, I just had to see it for myself. Lasy year I made little containers-I cut the lids and put netting on them with glue. It is alot easier to bring one of them with you when you go looking for cats and eggs. It's small enough so I could fit it in my purse or backpack too. I have the egg in there all by itself. Comments (32)Glad you're feeling okay now--hope that continues, but as others have said, stay on top of your health. DD was rear-ended about 5 years ago. She went to the ER and checked out okay (had X-rays, and everythinhg). But within a couple of weeks, she developed a herniated disk--she'll have pain and medical issues the rest of her life because of it. And it didn't show up right away. Also--stop fighting with the insurance. You've got way too much on your mind to do that. Call your attorney first thing in the morning and let him handle your negociations. You'll do far better, and have much less stress. Having been through that mess with my DD? I'd say the best thing we did for her was to immediately hand everything over to our lawyer. She got much more than she would have on her own (even after his fees) AND we didn't have to deal with the insurance people/lawyers, etc from the other side. We didn't even open the letters and medical bills we got--just bundled them up and gave them to our lawyer. He was worth and earned every penny he got. I'd HIGHLY recommend you not wait to get in touch with yours. Much easier and cheaper for them to be handling things from the start, than to have to come in halfway through and straighten things out when they get in a tangle....See MoreFloof! Comments (25)I"m grateful for my new sandals. After a couple years worth of foot injury and thinking I might not be able to wear fun sandals again, now I got four pairs of good orthos! My sister gifted me with a nicer pair for an outdoor event we are in soon. Then I found a little local shop that carries a few lines of nice ortho shoes along with a selection of nice clothing. Now I have two pairs of flip-fops and a good sturdy strappy pair of regular out and about sandals. The flip-flops are more for a bit of around the house rather than going anywhere. Not quite the barefoot or barely soled foot of a lot of my life, but a damn sight better and then some than having my feet encased in special socks, sleeves, and enclosed shoes for another summer. I'm extra grateful that right now, I can afford the extra bucks on some good footwear, and also help support local business....See MoreMarilyn Sue McClintock
