Comments (23)If you want printed cards, you can check out snapfish or shutterfly where you upload your pic and then paste it onto a card with lots of options for various surrounds be it decorative, words, etc. They have cards that are folded or single cards more like post cards with envelopes. - 9 years ago2nd completed bathroom. This one had the ceiling raised 5", took out a tiny shower stall, opened up the wall & added a full size tub(must have been an option when built, you could pay more for the added space) . This is the $15 Habitat granite slab...

Muraysmom, Raven and others....Thank you! I'm always glad when it's done. The kitchen is next. Raven...Home Depot tile prices here are far better than the Habitat here....weird. .49 cents a sq foot...then I cut the tiles...did a pavestone patio pattern on the floor in these 2. I was VERY impressed with the outcome of your projects Raven! and may need to ask more advice from YOU in the future.

lgmd....I totally agree with you. The new vanities with feet are the same height as a kitchen counter, adds 4". Then the bowl is another 6" tall.....then I pushed the sink back in the corner to free up counter space. This house is 4 levels, lots of stairs. Even the redwood decking is multi level. The person who rents this house will be in pretty good shape just to maneuver around the house. It's near a big park and creek trail. If a person is short...maybe a child, then there are two other bathrooms to choose from.
My renters are generally just out of college, has a ton of tuition debt , new job with a big paycheck, a dog(running companion) and a cat or two(apartments won't accept cats or big dogs, but I will). Or military, will be here 3 years then PCS. I got 100 applicants for the last one that became available.
