If u ran out of containers & had 2 buy some what would you buy?
Comments (33)This pic is from 2 years ago, they are the 8 oz foam cups from the Dollar General store & they are setting in sweater boxes, well the sweater boxes got brittle after setting out in the sun for just 1 year, so I am using cardboard boxes cut to size with plastic over the top, of coarse I don't plan to move them after they have gotten wet. The cups are just the right size for sharing with family & friends. Now for tomatoes, I use the 16 oz cups & only fill half full of potting soil & 1 or 2 seeds per cup, & as the plant grows I add more dirt as needed instead of transplanting, thanks Trudi for teaching me how to do that ") When it is time to go topless, the cups that have sprouted goes into one box & the ones that haven't sprouted yet goes into another box & recovered for a while longer. lilly...See Morewhat would you buy, cherub or santa rosa?
Comments (15)Suzie if you ever want to just fool a round a bit with hybridizing in the future you should go with Sanata Rosa. Santa Rosa is a brug by JT sessions and is a hardy brug. It's a pod sister to one of my all time favorite brus which is Velvet Rose. The cross of Santa Rosa is Pink Beauty x Ecuador Pink. Both of these brugs have a great reputation for heavy flushes and durability. Cherub which is Parks Seeds big secret. They never disclosed what was crossed to make this brug. The parentage remains to this day, according to the databases i have checked remains "unknown"...so, to answer your question it seems like both brugs will give lots of flowers but only one of them has a background worthy of trying to cross one day if you ever get the bug....Santa Rosa...See MoreRefrigerator....what would you buy?
Comments (25)I bought a French door Samsung refrigerator about three years ago. The deli tray sold me on this fridge and it was also highly rated through JD Power. The only problem we had was a plastic part that fell off from the ice maker. I got online and ordered the part for about $20.00. I took the bottom freezer door off but realized I could not insert the part without getting up inside and behind the freezer area.. I was able to do this and replace the part. If a repairman had to do this it would have cost plenty since I am small and able to fit into the freezer area. Overall, I love this refrigerator and would buy another one in a minute....See More$250.00. worth of groceries..What would you buy?
Comments (35)Good for you! I think the gift card is the best idea but also it would be nice if you could treat yourself to something you wouldn't normally buy because of the cost. I would love to be able to buy fresh flowers every week but can't afford them so if I had the gift card I could do that. I am with SamKaren. LOL I would end up spending most of it on cat and dog food, pet treats and kitty litter. I would get items to stock my pantry-things that can be used throughout the year. I wouldn't buy meat - steak around here runs around $9.00 a pound when not on sale so I have gotten used to not buying it. I hope you get a gift card but make sure you buy yourself something for a treat and not for just everyday food items. Anne...See Moresuncoastflowers
