Sous vide pork fillet

I need some help, please!

I have a recipe for fairly thin (1/4 inch) slices of pork fillet sandwiched together with pesto and pan fried.

I'd like to cook these in the sous vide set-up, freeze and have them handy to just pan fry to colour later.

How long to cook at what temp. please!
