Gosh, Sharon, do you ever keep anything?? I'm trying to think how many I've finished this year, certainly not close to what you've done. I'm working on machine quilting one, and I think I've done 3 more plus a small one for my dog. Her old quilt was getting pretty wore out, plus I had put fleece on the back (no batting) but her hair stuck in it really bad, so this new one I made I put the fleece inside as a batting and used regular cotton on the back, doesn't catch the hair like the old one. She's so funny, her quilt is on the opposite side of the couch from where I always go. If I'm not on the couch and my couch quilt is on the seat cushions, she will get on that, but if I'm already on the couch we make sure her quilt is spread out for her at the other end. As soon as it's ready she looks around at us to make sure we are settled and she then jumps right up on it and turns in for the night. She knows it's hers. I would have probably gotten more done if I hadn't taken the time out to do the sofa slipcovers and accent pillows, but that was priority one for me.

You got me thinking Sharon and I had to go and count. There are 8 completed and three waiting for finishing. But I Think the king sized log cabin should count for more. That one has been given along with one other. The rest are waiting to be donated to the Save the Children bazaar. Also did 8 sets if placemats and 6 chemo caps. So far this year, I am pleased with my output.

October's goals are to finish up those needing that. Shouldn't be too hard to accomplish that. Ha!! Squirrel!

I haven't had a particularly productive year. I've made and gifted three already, and I have one ready to quilt. This one will be gifted before the end of the year. In my defense, Antique Star was really a time-consumer. It should count as two, at least. LOL

I have a cute hat pattern and the supplies to make a couple of them for my daughter for Christmas. I'm also working on a quilted table cover for her. I've gotten well into my One Block Wonder piecing and may finish that before the end of the year. I need to start thinking about what to take to Hawaii this year. I have one Scrappy Mountain Majesties all cut. This is one I took last year and never worked on. But I should have another to work on just in case I am more ambitious that I was last year. No other October plans at this time.

Rita, No, I don't keep any that I have made. I have a lap quilt I made for my mom and when she passed, my sister gave it back to me. That is used daily. I made DH a bed quilt and he keeps it on his bed. However, this year, I made 2 tops that I want to keep and I want to keep the Sunny Skies I'm working on.....I don't know why. Thanks for the info about the dog quilt. I plan to make one for my grandniece's little dog and was going to use fleece. Now I'll do it your way. :-)

Theresa, Yes, that king-size quilt should count for at least 3, right? Placemats are fun to make. I gave them to family members one year, but I don't think they get used very often. I've seen them on the back of their recliners to protect where the head rests, and that's ok by me.

Lois, Your quilts are exquisite, detailed and take time. Mine are scrappy and easy........pretty much mindless. lol

Hmmm, what are my goals for this month? Finish the purse I started last Sunday (maybe today).

I got a king-size BOM kit at a shop hop over a year ago. I started into it right away and got about 4 months' blocks made, then stopped on it. Maybe I'll get back to that one this month. I also have my 2 Allietare (Quiltville mystery) to quilt, and 2 or 3 tops my mom had completed that need quilting, so maybe I'll decide to quilt rather than piece this month. :)

Seldom think about goals, but Christmas IS coming. There is one quilt I'd love to have done, and another I'd like by the end of January. Perhaps if I start them???? The end of January one will be pretty easy...fabric is all here, washed and ready. The other one has me stalled. I have only a panel that I'm going to cut up and use a pattern called 'window on the east'. A little scared of this one. Need to buy the fabric, too.

In October I have to finish 2 trail run quilts, 1 tee shirt quilt for a raffle, and commission 1 tee shirt quilt. Guess what I'll be working on at retreat.

Donna, You have a variety of quilty projects to work on so just choose one. :-)

Beth, Yes, that's the first step, starting one. lol I have some fabric saved back for that attic window type of quilt, too. Just haven't been brave enough to do it yet.

Beverly, What did I miss? I thought you were finished with making trail fun quilts. Do you have enough green?
