Safety check - vegetable soup

Last night I made 6 quarts of vegetable soup, mostly following the BBB recipe. I left out the Lima beans and added more tomatoes. I also threw in 4 sliced Hungarian wax peppers.

The BBB recipe calls for 85 min process time, while the NCHFP guidelines for soups call for only 75 minutes. I set my timer for 85 minutes (after the weight was jiggling steadily). I started smelling scorched soup with about 10 minutes left on my timer. I assume that is when it ran dry. The weight continued to jiggle regularly for those 10 minutes. I did have some minor siphoning, but seals appear intact.
