Geothermal budgetary quote - Any Input?

Has anyone installed Geothermal (Ground to Air) system recently? I'm in Pennsylvania and am starting planning for our new build, and just got a budgetary quote for a system to go with our house plan (We will have 2300 sq ft main floor and 1700 sq ft finished in basement, above garage will be ductless mini-split HVAC for the 600 sq ft up there probably). The proposal we got was:

4 ton Climatemaster - Tranquility 22

2nd Zone and thermostat for basement

April Aire 600 humidifier

Include all ducting and power

50 gallon hot water tank and tied into desuperheaters

$26,872 + $10,000 well allowance = $36,872

If you consider tax credits (which may or may not exist by then) = $11,062 savings

Potential final cost = $25,810

Upgradable options:

Go to a Climatemaster Tranquility 30 for $2,876 more

Furnish and install 3 Wifi thermostats for $872 more

Install Daikin ductless system for 2nd floor w/2 wall units: $6788 (this I'll have someone else do)

How does that sound? I don't think it sounds half bad, considering we don't have gas, so our other choices are propane or ASHP, and they would both be not a lot cheaper. My only concern is that a 4 ton system seems skimpy for 4000 sq ft I think? My builder is telling me we will have I think R20 in the walls and R38 in ceiling, which I'm not sure if we should go higher. What insulation levels and HVAC sizes would you want/expect?
