Lavender Pinocchio - good cut?

Hello, I have an organic garden rose farm (1200 plants) serving floral designers. My roses are primarily used for weddings and I'm looking to grow some new varieties next year. Koko Loko and Distant Drums are extremely popular cut roses for me and hold up very well. I have over 150 plants of each and cannot meet demand. I'm interested in growing Lavender Pinocchio as the colors are right on trend with what floral designers want and it reminds me of Koko Loko and Distant Drums. I have access to getting this rose, but am not sure if it will be a good cut. All of my roses are never cut more than 48 hours before the wedding/event and are usually cut just one day prior. Can anyone please share their experience with this rose? Thank you!
