I've something called 'binder', lady said it came with grass seed
Comments (2)I've never seen a product under that name sold separately, but I'd assume it to be some sort of cellulose material. This is a common ingredient in spray applications of grasses for large areas (hydroseeding), and as grass guy indicates, assists in providing an even seed distribution, helps to prevent the blowing away of the seed and holds moisture and any added nutrients until it germinates. A similar product is incorporated into those lawn "patch kits" you can purchase. Totally biodegradable. Won't hurt, could help :-)...See MoreLetter today from IRS
Comments (16)If you file jointly, I'm sure you'll only receive one check per household. And there's a workbook page you can fill out to find out how much you'll receive, I did it, took about 3 minutes, had to have the 1040 in hand. Woody and I will get $600, total. We're going to split it, save it for whatever we want later down the road. We should have gotten it by now, but it's late showing up. That's OK, I can wait. I get a little annoyed at some things I've read on other web sites where the peeps are crabbing about it, geez- they sound soooo greedy and demanding. Here is a link that might be useful: The calculator......See MoreOther irritating calls that IRS and Rachel etc.
Comments (8)It took a while to get the junk mail under control. You need to send an opt-out letter to places telling them not to release your information for any marketing or promotional things, all the utilities, the City, County, banks, any credit card or store you use and most anything else, including charities. It worked well for me. I sent them to everyone probably 10 or 15 years ago and it really cut down the junk mail. When I would send a donation to a place I included an opt-out letter. I even put an opt-out order onto my fax cover page and on business email disclaimer when I fax or email places. I apparently scared the City pretty good with it. I went in to pay my water bill one time about a year or two ago and asked for the amount and they got all flustered. "There's a note on the account to NOT give out any information to anyone!" LOL They called the City Manager who said to get my ID so they know it's me and they could give it to me. I liked that....See MoreIRS Phone Call Scam
Comments (6)I've received the IRS scam calls. I don't engage their ridiculousness, but would love to feign becoming hysterical when they tell me that the local police will come and arrest me if I don't pay, and then pretend that I'm having a heart attack and tell them to call 911. Then just go silent and see how long it takes for them to hang up....See More- 10 years ago
