Comments (5)I like my first idea best as far as use of space. I know people say not to put toilets on an outside wall. We had one in our last house in Iowa, but we had 2X6 construction. I don't know how high your window is, but I'm guessing the toilet would fit under there. The shower would be 5 feet long or shorter if you want a wider space to get to the toilet. (kind of tight the way I have drawn). You could do a 5 and half foot long shower and do an angled door at the left end to allow room between the shower and toilet. The vanity would be about 7 feet long, unless you do a 60 inch vanity with a linen cabinet at the door. I would reverse entry door swing if you do that.. The second top right could work and you would still have a small closet. The bottom left plan would require waterproofing your front window. Hopefully someone will give you other ideas. The bottom right plan is bigger, but no closet. Each square equals 1 foot....See MorePlease advice small bedroom design for getting married

Comments (7)I think you've got some good ideas. I've seen some nice rooms with wallpaper behind the bed. As long as the wall is correctly prepped and it's in your budget - go for it. When/if you want to change, it should be easy to remove. If you're going to do that, I'd choose bedding with little to no design. Clean and serene. I like your tulip table and also the acrylic piece - if it's the correct height. It may not be in your budget, but I love the floating shelves that decoenthusiaste posted. We can't see your window coverings, but I really like having room darkening treatments in my bedrooms. I used to frequently visit family in Texas and my room was east facing with shutters. The morning light was terrible....See MoreTransition From Small Hallway to Small Bedrooms - Transition Needed?
Comments (2)Here's the WORST thing that could happen. The floor will rip itself apart at the doorways. That's it. That's all. If that happens all you have to do is cut the planks in the doorway, drop in trim, tap the floor back together and off you go. The fun part is: winter is the SHRINKAGE time of the year. That means the summer will see the floor expand as much as 1/2" over a 30ft span. You could see BUCKLING in the summer rather than 'unzipping' along the edges of the plank. It's your call. You have VERY narrow pinch points. That means you need to do ++ door trim (1/2" expansion gap at ALL vertical obstacles = door trim). How good does that look? That big fat 1/2" gap around the door trim?...See Moreeld6161
