So frustrated with Blackspot

I just took a tour of all my roses with my rain boots on because of standing water. It has been raining 5 of 7 days a week for several weeks. When it isn't raining our humidity is above 70%. Out of my 130 roses, not counting Drifts and Knock Outs only 17 of them don't have BS. Even some that the breeder says are very resistant have BS. Hopefully the rain will come to an end in 10 days or so and it will start to warm up. Floribundas, Grandifloras, Shrubs and HT all have it. This has been the coolest and wettest spring in several years.

I talked to someone with the Rose Society and it seems I'm not alone. She said we are in the middle of BS &%?# this year. The good news, aphids have been almost non existent this year and no thrips yet either.
