White!

I'm partial because our bath is all-white, but we did a historical remodel and I just loved the sanitary look.

What colors do you like?

Thank you mark_rachel! We will check those out. cpartist - we are interested in grey - just not sure how it would look. We are looking for inspiration.

A couple colors I am contemplating for my bathroom remodel. BM Gray Sky 2131-70, BM Ocean Air 2123-50

I would not go with gray, which I think esp. paired with blue looks cold. Also you have off-white tile, that seems warmer to me. I like Sherwin Williams Antique White. It's more like a french vanilla, not yellow, and paired with the blue looks really nice. I just love your tile, the shape, trim, accent row, just lovely.

IMHO, I think shades of white will be perfect for your bathroom given the details. This website (not connected with them) may be useful. :)

I like the color that you already have on the walls. If it was me, I would just think about towel color, artwork and accessories.

-or, if choosing gray-while checking the grays, I'd look into the whites family too. Some of them often are, in fact, very light gray. I'd be wary to go with a strong gray-would remind me of a battle ship..

-or if I'd feel particularly fearless and crazy-I'd go for a very vivid pink)) like, fuchsia-vivid. (but nobody'd let me))

My first thought was the color you have and combine with blue accessories, towels, etc. Or I would go with the color you have but darker, so a warmer, beiger white. Definitely not a bluish gray.

Very pale blush pink. I'm serious. I have two bathrooms painted in Benjamin Moore Ambrosia, and it has been a big hit. All the blush pinks on that strip look good to me.

Not to be stereotypical, but every guy who has seen Ambrosia says it's the only pink they have ever liked. In your bath, it would be like a pale pink button down shirt with a blue suit. Slightly prep.

BM Venetian Marble 2114-70 is a nice neutral color.

I painted my bathroom BM Pale Oak. It is a very neutral gray and I really love it. But I agree that it may not be the best color to pair with the blue tile. My entire house (except for the kitchen and bathrooms) is painted SW Antique White and as Linelle suggested it would look very nice with the blue.

What would a deep deep greyed navy blue look like. You would need a lot of light, but it would look clean. Just thinking of something different.

I love karenseb's stencil idea!

I love the blue door!

That blue door that mark_rachel likes might be all you need to do, then pick a paint that is white. Or do the door and do either wallpaper or stencil that Karenseb illustrates, keeping a background color of white.

I also like the stencil idea...

Royal Design Studio has lots of wonderful stencils. You could create great inpact for not much money. (I'm thinking of ripping up the carpet in my den and stenciling the concrete floor.) BTW, I'm in no way affiliated with them, just think they have lovely designs, as I'm sure other companies do too!

I like the white that is there as well. But if you don't, i would consider wall paper. I like the stencil idea too.

If you like wallpaper, here is a seashell pattern that pulls together the cobalt, the creamy tile, and the white fixtures. That said, I'm really liking the stencil idea.

I was going to suggest a complementary blue, and I really like what pippa has posted.
