I'm not sure but I don't see why not. They force them to sprout and flower in green houses. Depending what temps look like this time of year where you are, you might have better luck planting them inside until they sprout. If they sprout they will probably just flower late. I went a head and planted my already sprouting bulbs anyway.

I second Frost's comment. I plant lilies, even when they have sprouted through the plastic bag! And they flower late, but it's kind of nice "extending" the first season. After that, they self-correct.

Yeah I'm almost 100% yours should still sprout. This one was left a little above the soil line and appears to be greening up and elongating. The others I expect to see within a week or 2.
