Wondering why I can't transfer a picture file to usb flash drive
Comments (2)The fact the computer said it was not recognised shows the computer is aware 'something' had been attached. As Kudzu notes, it may be defective. You could ask a family member or friend to try it in another computer to confirm that. You could burn the photos to a CD to give away if you do not want to buy another flash drive....See MoreI have always wondered why.........
Comments (6)I would think that because they died in the water maybe they felt it was appropriate to 'bury them at sea'. And, the sisters were probably very close so why not buried them together (especially since they also died together). I guess the single sister could have laid next to Aunt Mildred and cousin Pete or even by herself in a nice plot, but I would bet she would prefer to be buried with her sister. I remember thinking it seemed odd at the time too, but the more I thought about it the more I thought it wasn't all that weird and was probably the best thing to do....See MoreI wonder why??
Comments (12)All of your care is so sweet. Yes, maybe I need to check further, the wrist was badly sprained, also lacerations, etc. but it did finally heal up. And of course, I closed out the auto insurance claim. Now that I'm having problems I am dreading this fact, wondering if I will have a problem if I seek further help. You see, next year DH's employer is threatening to cancel all employee's health insurance benefits, leaving us to twist in the wind. DH will also be eligible for Medicare next year but not me. I've heard that Obamacare is much more expensive than if you are getting group insurance and that is stressful since our insurance now is sky high and high deductible and co-pays as it is. So I've been hoping that this will clear up. Also my Dr. is very impersonal and I have a feeling that he isn't concerned enough, this is my fault because I haven't found a more suitable Dr., I live in a rural area where there aren't a lot of choices. So anyway, I did pick up a pair of quilting gloves today and will try them. They didn't have the ones that the above link were, the only ones they had were Fons and Porter's. V., if you have a link for the yoga do send it, and I'll look for it too....See MoreI am starting to wonder why I wanted to buy a house.
Comments (28)What is easiest is shrubs, well mulched with an organic mulch such as pine straw or shredded bark mulch and underplanted with a ground cover. Be sure it is well edged with a buried edging to keep the grass out. Make beds at least 5'-6' deep. In order to get reasonable suggestions we need your general location and hardiness zone. Here is how to add that to your profile so that it posts automatically next to your name like for cyn427 or mine and you don't need to remember to add it for every post. It will add to all your previous posts as well. Go to Your Houzz in the upper right of every page, click Edit Profile, and on the left side click advanced settings. Well down the advanced settings page is a blank labeled Climate Zone for Garden Forums, along with a link to find your zone. You can add info on your state or the nearest large city either here or on the profile page under the name posted, and you will get even better information since zone only relates to average coldest winter temperatures. Then return to the top of the page and click Done Editing. We also need info on the conditions in that spot. Does it get any shade such as from your house or other buildings or trees? If so, what time of day does it get shade? What is the soil like? Clay, sand, or just ordinary loam? Is there is hose bib AKA spigot close enough to make watering easy? Each kind of plant has its own preferred conditions, so choosing ones that will be happy there will make your life easier. Do you look at this spot in the winter? I'd so, consider adding something everygreen so it isn't only dead-looking sticks all winter....See Morebpath
