Double Check My Irrigation Setup?

Jason

Hello,

I FINALLY got these bed finished and planted last weekend. What a project! These have landscape fabric at the bottom of the beds and new 3 in 1 soil from a local nursery (sandy loom + sand + manure). I live in the Seattle area and decided to use soakers hoses as the irrigation system. I dug them about an inch down and covered them. If you look at the picture you will see where the lines are. I basically ran the hoses in between the rows. Im currently running it every 3 days for 15 minutes. Using a moisture sensor, http://www.amazon.com/MoonCity-Temperature-Intensity-Hydrometer-Gardening/dp/B017GQ9UY2, I am taking a reading next to the plants and I am getting normal to wet to wet + readings. I even verified and dug down and the soil is moist. I am having some issues with the bed without the trellis. This is where the soaker hose starts and seems like there is more pressure here so it is flooding while the rest of the areas are not.

Does it look like the setup is correct minus fixing the flooding issue?
