Yellow leaves on established Belinda's Dream?
Comments (13)Sorry to horn in on this post but I would like more information if anybody could provide it on the chevron leaves. I had started a post awhile back trying to describe my problem but people wanted photos and I don't have a way to get a picture on the web. Anyway I have several roses that has that chevron leaf. I called it a triangle. Anyway, I get these on several rose bushes with this problem. The leaf starts out with a tiny yellow triangle on the end of the leaf and then proceeds to get the brown part. Is this a fungus. Michael said it might be cercospora spot disease and to pick the leaves off. If I did that to one of my roses it would be completely leafless. What else can I do. Is there any sprays that I could use to correct the situation. The roses that I have seem to have this problem are Quietness and Medallion. Again sorry to horn in on the thread, but I would also like suggestions as how to correct the situation. Thank you...See MoreMonstera adansonii / obliqua yellowing leaves
Comments (14)Thanks for your help, tropicbreesent. I will repot it with an orchid mix and try just keeping the soil slightly moist, rather than watering deeply and letting it dry completely between waterings. Hopefully this does the trick! (And do you think it is worth it to keep a pebble tray beneath for added humidity in the air?) If anyone else has thoughts, I'd welcome them too! (Including about where I could buy another of these plants!) Thanks again!...See MoreMonstera standleyana leaves curled tight and yellowing
Comments (7)Hmm, so after a couple of days in water, the vine seems to be continuing to do worse. Maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself, but I'm wondering if I should do something or wait it out. Now: This is what the cut end looks like, along with the aerial root: I'm afraid that the withering will just spread along the vine and hurt the few remaining healthy leaves. Should I keep the end in water for longer or should I cut off the entire part that's not doing well? Right here, under where my finger is pressing against the aerial root:...See MoreHelp! Comments (0)This monstera did well for a year, but this week several leaves began to yellow. I had noticed it was rootbound and so repotted into a slightly larger container. It has proper drainage and a well-draining soil mix (the same soil I’ve had it in all year). I have it on the same watering schedule as well. Ideas?!...See MoreMarta
