Yellowing leaves on established Monstera

Marta

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me... I've had this Monstera for 3 or 4 years (got it as 2 tiny plants). It's in front of a south-west facing window and until recently was doing great. A few weeks ago, I noticed a few bottom leaves turn yellow. I've never seen this in all the time I've had this plant

I water it at most once a week, always checking that the soil is dry before watering. I have not repotted this plant since the beginning.

Can anyone give me some advice how to stop the leaf yellowing? I've cut off 3 last week, and this week there are 4 more I've also noticed that the plant appears a bit droopier in the last weeks, but there are new leaves too.
