Hydrangea: Disease, Pests, Fungi, or Pesticide?

Geoff

I've recently sprayed my front garden with pesticide (Spectracide Triazicide) to combat grubs. I have a single hydrangea, my favorite one no less, that shortly afterwards began to develop curled black leaves. I was told that was a consequence of a recent frost (which has since passed). Now, though, the leaves are once again curled but this time they appear diseased, brown, and discolored.

Help would be appreciated, picture below.

Thanks in advance.
