These quotes are for the ground floor (2396 square feet) of 4360 (total) square foot house in New Jersey. Ground floor is 2396 square feet. Existing unit is a Comfortmaker installed in 2000. Comfortmaker Furnace (in basement) is 100,000 BTU 80% and Condenser is 3 ton (although for some reason coil is 4 ton). Option 1 + 2 were American Standard Dealer who took measurements for load calc (but did not provide measurements to me). Option 3 is Trane Dealer did not take any measurements for load calc. Existing unit cooled and heated satisfactory (when it worked). Of note, both Family room and Foyer have 20 foot ceilings.

Please note that American Standard Dealer has very good online ratings and have used them before for upstairs units without incident. Whereas the Trane Dealer has some negative online recent reviews about new unit installs.
