Wild Blackberry (Rubus species). It'll bear fruit, but the plant is incredibly invasive and you'll likely regret it if you let it grow anywhere in your garden. This is a plant usually best left in hedgerows or designated patches of land you don't plan on using.

Yup, agreed on the ID. You could probably take cuttings a few nodes long & pot them back into mother plant's pot, to make it look even more full & lush.

I don't think of them as weeds. I grow all the native nettles. Butterflies need them for host plants. I think they are all quite beautiful. Look up Pilea involucrata and ask yourself if that's a weed.
