Blue Star Platinum vs RNB 48" opinions

I'm in a quandary. I recently had the good fortune to be a guest "chef" and prepare several dishes on a BS RNB and try out the BS Platinum oven. Both were 36" ranges. My hubby played sous chef for me and we had a great time cooking for a dozen or so people. We are planning to purchase the 48" range as we wish to have a regular oven plus the baby oven. The platinum has many great features but the RNB is great too. If I do the RNB, I would like to change around the burner configuration (add a couple of 18K burner in lieu of the 5 15K burners and maybe do side opening oven doors. The platinum is supposed to be easier to clean the oven and preheat faster. Any thoughts or opinions? I need to make a decision very soon. According the BS, the issue with the racks warping on the Platinum is resolved with a new piece on the power burner.

Thanks in advance.
