Meyer lemon yellow leaves

I have had an indoor lemon tree since about September 2015. I have no reported since receiving it because it already had flowers forming.

it has been doing really well! It has several lemons forming. Some the size of a quarter. However, in the last week many leaves started to turn yellow. Even some of the newer, very small lemons are turning yellow.

Can I repot and fertilize while lemons are growing?

I also noticed super tiny white bugs that where jumping when I watered yesterday. Just a few. I think they are the springtails bugs. Could they be causing the yellowing? I've read they don't do harm and since I have so few, I don't see them causing a problem.

Thanks in advance!
