I don't have any experience except to say my skin is very sensitive too esp. when I sweat. Try a cotton bra and wash it in sensitive skin no additives soap and rinse many times to get it all out. I hope you are feeling better now that it's December.

Work on your diet and balancing your endocrine system because that really helps with menopause symptoms. When I eat badly and don't exercise, my symptoms are much much worse.

Also research anti inflammatory foods if you are scared of the big C. Don't live in fear. C is preventable but you have to commit to eating healthy and avoiding dangerous additives in foods and household cleaners, etc. Some really nasty stuff is legal to put in food. All it does is make money for the company and hurts your body. Stay well and avoid anything that is man made or overprocessed like cooking oils extracted by petrochemical solvents. Use safe expelled pressed oils instead.

A few years ago I got a itchy rash on my stomach, under my breasts, and on the tops of my thighs. I thought it was my pool water, wen t to the Doctor and he prescribed a cream. It helped some. This happened during peri menopause. It just went away on its own. I still have redness where it was every now and then. I have almost all of the symptoms too! I have not tried hormones I am trying to tough it out! I feel like menopause has made me look like a crazy women. I have become obsessed with reading about it. I feel so much better knowing that others are going through this also !!!!

Also try to find natural skin products as well. Many or most of the over the counter creams contain non natural additives which don't help and can often make skin issues worse. If it's prescribed ask about natural options.

go to doc, you may have a yeast infection. yes, yeast infections happen on the skin. Anti fungal creams won't get rid of it.
