MamaPinkys Laundry Detergent Flea Market
Comments (36)I called my local community action program to check into Meals on Wheels for these folks..geesh they have to call themselves..guess I'll take a picnic to them at the flea market this weekend and just come out and tell them about this program and give them the #. I'm also taking a styrofoam cooler with ice and a few quarts of my soup to take home along with some ham slices, and a loaf of my banana bread. I'll also send a loaf of homemade bread that I'll pick up sat morning at the bakery. This is such a small amount that I wwon't even miss it but I'll know they are eating for a few days. I probably can't do this every week..but somehow I'll get them involved with the meals program ...than I will call it a day. One other thing they save aluminum cans that they haul into the scrap yard...I talked to the drunk across the street yesterday and he's going to save his beer cans so that approx 30 cans a day. Lol. Enough about this onto laundry....See MoreHAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY MamaPinky!!! XOxoXO

Comments (69)Thanks for the explanation, Elizabeth. I have a chronic illness and am referred to as a spoon person due to the Spoon Theory I utilize to plan my daily activities based on stamina or lack of. So if someone has a question about a statement or has a different opinion, that makes them a pot stirrer? Then, I am a pot stirrer as I question often in an attempt to make wise decisions for myself. No one disputes the effectiveness of stpp for laundry. It is not about being right or wrong, but about having all the facts, of being well informed. Recently at a seminar I attended, I was astonished at the number of people with heart problems who thought they were consuming a heart healthy diet consisting of fish and lean chicken only to learn the stpp added to their food to keep it fresh causes sodium content to skyrocket beyond acceptable safe levels. The answer to that is to use fresh fish/seafood and untreated food. Mama you say you don't mind questions, but you don't answer them straight out. You're saying something is safe because it is in poo is akin to me saying sugar is sweet, it tastes good, it is in many foods, it's in your blood, urine, and poo. Therefor, it is good for you. I am noticing that only comments that agree with you are thanked here. Everyone has a valid opinion and much can be learned from a two-sided conversation otherwise, it isn't a conversation worth having....See MoreRest In Peace, Mama Pinky (mamapinky0)
Comments (158)@sal 60 Hanzlik..I remember the granddaughter "little pinky", she had a condition where her skin was pink. She was young, had a boy friend that she broke up with, then got back together. Mama used to put on crazy makeup & wigs to make her laugh. She was sickly, in bed most days, maybe 20 years old when mama passed....See Moremamapinky0
