Can Botulism grow in the freezer? Tomato Sauce Processed then Frozen

So, I made some tomato sauce a few weeks ago following an approved recipe and instructions; however, I realized after that I used bottled lemon juice that isn't really approved (the ph isn't stable) so about 24 hours after processing I threw it in the freezer. All of the jars had sealed but I'm a bit paranoid so I did it just to be safe. Then I got to thinking (and this may be really stupid and I'm assuming this is a no) but can botulism grow in the freezer?
