New Guinea Impatiens - lower leaves yellowing

I have a potted New Guinea Impatiens. It's in a well-draining mix, kept moist and it gets some good morning filtered sun. I have it on a pebbled humidity tray. It's putting on nice new green leaves up top, but the lower leaves are turning yellow and eventually falling off. My intuition tells me it could be nitrogen/nutrient deficiency so I stepped up the Foliage Pro a little + a little epsom salt. I'm not sure if this has slowed down the yellowing. I've been trying both distilled and tap to see if water quality is the culprit but I don't think that has made much a difference either.

It doesn't seem sick really, but I want to slow down this yellow creep before it starts hitting the newer leaves. Thoughts? Just natural leaf drop? Thanks.
