Print Spooler problem

A few days ago, DW's Lenovo notebook, 64 bit running 8.1, started coming up with a "Print Spooler not running" message when trying to print. Going to Services.msc, I couldn't start the Spooler due to "error 0x800706b9, Not enough resources are available".

Now it's saying No Printers Installed and then "Active Directory Domain services currently unavailable" when I try to print and run an install.

Where should I go from here?

FWIW, the printer is a Lexmark wireless and this all started soon after I ran Malwarebytes to fix another problem where something was altering a URL that I was trying to access through Google (that's now fixed).

Seems a popular menacing error - found this possibility in a forum search, maybe you can get lucky ;

Solved it on mine by using Adwcleaner .

It found malware that Malwarebytes had missed.

So far so good. Printer came back and works okay.

The recent documents I have printed all are printed starting at top of page rather than where I have placed them I'm not sure what the problem is, from your description: Do you mean you placed some images and text in the middle of the page and it's floating to the top when you print? Or are you trying to print a selection from the middle of the page and it prints the whole document?

check on your actual email program for a print icon and use that print icon to print, not the one that is under file print on the browser. For example on hotmail at the top where it has New Delete Junk etc at the end of that there is a printer icon that is what I have to select to be able to print the actual email, using the regular print option does not work.

OK, I fixed it but really don't know what I did. Anyway it has something to do with compatibility. Guess I pushed a button a few days ago i shouldn't have.

Have you tried to copy the text from the web page and paste it into a Word document? In any case, I think you should be using the Print Preview to see what its going to look like before you actually try to print it...rather than wasting ink & paper.
