I Transplanted This Spruce .......And Now It's Leaning A bit

We have had this tree too close to the house for a long time. It's about 15' tall and it had to go for other reasons so I dug it up and transplanted it in a more suitable area. My backhoe scooped it right out gently and I put it in another hole and staked it with supports. That worked fine for about 2 weeks then I noticed the tree had a bit of a list when one of the stakes pulled out. It's been there since mid June this way about 5 to 10 degrees off vertical. What's the best simple way to straighten it up without digging it up and subjecting it to more transplant trauma?
